Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us of your decision by email at: contact@brooch-addict.co.uk

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

4. Sale Items
Both regular-priced and sale items are eligible for returns and refunds within the 14-day statutory period.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@brooch-addict.co.uk.

6. Free Return Shipping (Option A)
We are pleased to offer free returns for all our customers.
To initiate a free return, please contact us at contact@brooch-addict.co.uk. We will then provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us at no cost to you.
